Quality is the decisive factor when installing a photovoltaic installation – especially since the installation needs to work reliably for you (and your customers) for 20 years or more.
When you choose IBC SOLAR, you get a practically maintenance-free system at the highest technical level. Quality is our first commandment and we do everything in our power to make sure we deliver it.
Only the highest quality components
We source our installation components from renowned brand partners or develop them ourselves following strictest quality standards. We perform testing and quality controls ourselves and our engineers inspect all components at the production sites at regular intervals.
Certification by independent agents
All IBC SOLAR systems have all important quality certifications. They are also tested by accredited and independent institutes such as TÜV, VDE, SGS and the Fraunhofer Institute.
Certified producers
In cooperation with SGS-TÜV, an independent testing institute, IBC SOLAR certifies producers of solar modules on the basis of an extensive criteria catalogue. Producers, who receive the certification “certified supplier”, must prove high standards for their production equipment and production control. Dealing with employees, working conditions and environmental protection are also an important part of the test.
Further safety testing
IBC SOLAR maintains our own 3,000 square meter testing facility. Here we put all systems through continuous operation testing, monitor module data, and test life-span of components in our own climate chamber and with our flasher.
Integrated controlling
All products are inspected on arrival following a certified process (DIN ISO 2858-1). IBC SOLAR’s quality team also performs comprehensive batch inspections at regular intervals.
